App availability
7 Days to Change is being prepared for iPhone and iPad and is not yet available on the App Store. It provides seven-day courses tailored to a single everyday habit through AI-written scripts, synthetic audio, reflection and practical steps. This website is informational; it does not take payments or provide a browser app.
Pay for generation, keep listening
One course generation costs $9.90 USD; four course credits cost $29.90 USD. Local pricing is shown in the app before purchase. There is no subscription or credit expiry. One credit creates one seven-day course, and one course can prepare at a time.
Payment covers generation. Completed courses remain available without another access fee or an expiry. Download them for offline listening and restore existing courses using the same App Store account. Cancelling an unfinished preparation, or a writing failure that cannot complete, returns the reserved credit. A returned credit is not an automatic refund of an Apple payment. Apple handles purchase refunds through Report a Problem.
Deleting uploaded courses is permanent and does not restore a credit already used for completed generation. Restore purchases does not recreate deliberately deleted recordings. Purchase and restore help.
Everyday habit coaching
The app offers behaviour change coaching for adults through personalised audio, reflection and practical steps for everyday habits you want to stop or build. Scripts and safety checks use AI and may contain mistakes; they are not reviewed by a human coach for each purchase. It is not medical treatment, professional healthcare advice or an emergency service. No particular result or lasting change is guaranteed.
Follow the guidance provided with your programme. Listen at a comfortable volume somewhere safe to relax. Do not use guided relaxation while driving or operating machinery.
Your reflections
You decide what to write and keep. Use the app’s export and deletion controls to manage your local records. Exported files and device backups are separate copies. See Privacy for details.
